If you have been offered seasonal employment, you must download and complete the Employment Forms Packet. Use the following link for instructions on how to complete the I-9 form. All completed employment forms and documentation must be returned at least three weeks prior to your first day of employment. Forms may be dropped off in person to the Finance Dept. in City Hall at the following address or mailed to:
