In accordance with Section 4.05 of the Charter, I have been requested by Mayor Scott E. Coleman to call a Special Meeting to be held Tuesday, August 17, 2010, immediately following the Committee of the Whole Meeting scheduled for 8:00 p.m. for consideration of the following:  

1. Motion to adjourn into Executive Session to discuss pending litigation, Bass Energy, Inc., vs. The City of Highland Heights and labor negotiations.

2. Proposed Ordinance amending Ordinance 11-2010 establishing compensation for certain employees of the City of Highland Heights, commencing January 1, 2010, repealing all ordinance inconsistent therewith and declaring an emergency. (Mayor Coleman)
