1. Motion authorizing payment to Smallwood Tennis, LLC in the amount of $16,815.00 for first and second session tennis lessons.
2. Proposed Resolution authorizing settlement and dismissal of pending litigation and declaring an emergency. (Mayor Coleman and Council as a Whole)

Proposed Resolution authorizing the Mayor to enter into a Collective Bargaining Agreement with the Ohio Patrolmen’s Benevolent Association, establishing the terms and conditions for employment of those employees in the bargaining units covered by the agreements, and declaring an emergency. 11. Second Reading Proposed Resolution 25-2010 authorizing the Mayor to make an additional payment to James G. Zupka, C.P.A., Inc., in the amount of $1,500.00 for audit services provided to the City pursuant to its contract for services, and declaring an emergency. (Mayor Coleman and Council as a Whole)
12. Third Reading Proposed Resolution 28-2010 authorizing the Mayor to execute a contract with Concord Road Equipment Mfg., Inc. for the purchase of body equipment including removing and remounting of a dump truck bed new central hydraulic system minuteman snow and ice package and lighting package complete in an amount not to exceed Thirty Four Thousand Eight Hundred Thirty Five Dollars and Eighty Five Cents ($34,835.85), pursuant to the Ohio Cooperative Purchasing Act, and declaring an emergency.
